Inalpi is an italian dairy company founded in 1966, based in Moretta. All the milk we collect comes from an area of 50 square km identified as Piedmontese Space. The protocol chain in which Inalpi is involved, with his milk suppliers, guarantees high quality standards and safety; the special attention we put on the animal feed, wellness and hausing, milk production and storage gives us the chance to supply a certificated and authentic Piedmontese milk. Our 100% Piedmontese milk is used for the whole range: Smp,Wmp,butter (traditional and clarified),processed cheese,Triangles and AOP cheeses.
