Conservas Medimer was born from a long experience in the processing of salted anchovies, with the aim of offering a high-quality product, differentiating between anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea and anchovy fillets from the Mediterranean Sea.
The proposed formats range from retail for large-scale distribution to catering formats for restaurants.
In addition to anchovy fillets in extra virgin olive oil, it includes in its range also anchovy fillets rolled with caper, pistachio, almond, and offers the "Reserva" selection of the best anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea.
