Conservas Medimer specializes in the processing of Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets, covering every stage of production in its BRC-IFS certified facility.

Special focus is placed on the quality of raw materials and attention to producing anchovy fillets with a balanced salt content, and extreme care in the cleaning process of the fillets.

Conservas Medimer also distributes the prestigious frozen on-board Mazara del Vallo Red Shrimp, Sashimi Grade Seafood, as well as refined products made from red tuna of Spanish origin.
