He is the expert on quality, safety, sustainability of the agri-food system, which is part of the various production chains to take responsibility in the management and control of transformation processes, in the design of new foods and plants, as well as in the analysis of the economic, socio-cultural and environmental aspects of the supply chains, in order to manage the complexity of food systems.
