The Prosciutto Toscano Consortium, born in 1990, deals with the promotion, enhancement and protection of the PDO Prosciutto Toscano denomination.
The Consortium brings together 18 producers from the Tuscany Region with the aim of protecting and making known in Italy and in the world the most important excellence of the Tuscan food and wine panorama. PDO Prosciutto Toscano is the result of the perfect combination of our history, our territory and our tradition that allows us to let our consumers enjoy a slice of Tuscany every day.
