Mandranova farm is located in southern Sicily; the farm spans 180 hectares with extra-virgin olive oil and almonds as its main products. Alongside farming, Mandranova offers hospitality with 14 rooms and a villa on the estate.
The farm produces extra-virgin olive oil from Sicilian cultivars using integrated agricultural techniques. Harvesting occurs from mid-September to end of October, and the olives are processed in the farm's own mill. In terms of organoleptic characteristics, the oils tend to have a medium to intense fruity flavor, are rich in polyphenols and have an intense green color.
