Our family has been farming here for over 200 years. With respect and appreciation for this land, we have a long tradition of sustainable growing practices. Today, all of our olives are certified Non-GMO, adhering to the strict regulations of the European Union which limit the usage of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Our organic olive oil is made from organic olives that meet the standards of 3rd party certifiers.
