CONSORZIO DI TUTELA E PROMOZIONE DEL CRUDO DI CUNEO

The Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Crudo di Cuneo was established in 1998 with the aim of supporting the application for registration of the Crudo di Cuneo PDO. The PDO was finally approved by the European Union in December 2009.
Today there are two producers: New Carni Dock, with a production facility in Lagnasco (CN), and Lurisia – Stagionatura Marchisio, with a facility in Lurisia in the municipality of Roccaforte Mondovi. Expected production for 2026 is approximately 11,000 hams.
