For over 10 years we have been producing gluten-free flours and bakery products. We have handed down the excellence of the Sicilian food in all our productions. With our blends it is easy to make products such as bread, pizzas, sweet cannoli arancine because they are suitable for both artisanal and industrial processing. Our 2 production lines are designed for realizing 18 conventional and 4 BIO mixes. Today we boast the use of different types of cereals to offer to the celiac a wide range and selection of products. More recently we have introduced the production of frozen products.
