INPA was founded by Emilio Innocenti and his wife Franca in 1959 in the town of Vinci, birthplace of the famous Leonardo da Vinci. Today, as then, our children and grandchildren continue the production of pickles and preserves with the same passion and dedication that has distinguished us for 60 years, with an eye to technological innovation and environmental sustainability. Our laboratory analysis results are verified monthly by accredited laboratories that participate in periodic ring tests. Our laboratory guarantees traceability throughout our production system.
