We process organic cereals grown in Tuscany, creating a supply chain from seed to flour, bread and pasta, offering the consumer the most natural product possible and promoting a sustainable economy.
The stone mill allows us to obtain flours with all the nutritional properties of wheat, with the color of the earth and with the strong aroma of the cereal.
The bread we produce tells the story of the bond between the field, the baker and the consumer.
Our pasta, made from Khorasan Turanicum and Senatore Cappelli wheat semolina, is bronze drawn and slowly dried at less than 50°C.
