Founded in 1911, Molino Sima is an integral part of the Cooperativa Agricola Braccianti Giulio Bellini, one of Italy’s leading agricultural enterprises.
Since 1992, we have been dedicated to the production of organic flours and now also gluten-free flours.
Most of our raw materials, particularly Spelt , T. Dicoccum and common wheat, come from our own land in the Ferrara area, where we farm 5,200 hectares .
Stone-ground gluten-free flours made from rice, oat, chickpea and buckwheat.
