Progeo Molini is a company that since the sixties produces and sells high quality soft wheat flour. It is part of the Progeo Sca Group, one of the largest companies serving the Italian agro-food trade, with over 5,000 members and 250 employees. Every day in the Mill of Ganaceto are produced about 300 tons of flours for professionals users.
The proposed range is wide and diversified: Organic, conventional and ancient grains of all types. All uses lines or specialties for pizza, fresh pasta, piadine, and bakery industry.
