The Consortium Gragnano City of Pasta was founded in 2003 and brings together historical and younger 15 companies producing Gragnano Pasta, PGI certified today. Their experience in the production of pasta is ancient and authoritative. Their joint action in the task of promoting the product has led to the obtaining of the first award given to the quality of pasta in Italy. The mark of Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) is a milestone reached with the aim of protecting and enhancing the product Gragnano Pasta in Italy and abroad.
