CO.P.A.P. - Cooperativa Produttori Aglio Piacentino - was founded in Monticelli d'Ongina (PC) in 1976 from the union of several farms in the province of Piacenza and operates with the aim of safeguarding and improving the production of the local variety of white garlic. This variety is really appreciated in Italy and abroad for its unique properties.

The area around Monticelli d'Ongina is the only producer of Aglio Bianco Piacentino in Italy. CO.P.A.P. also processes, packages and markets onions, shallots and tomatoes.
