Founded in 1963 by the same Politi family, SUNCAN processes fruit, tomato and basil of Italian origin in its own factory:
- primarily Williams pears for pastry, peaches, prunes and apples for catering, in cans;
- fruit puree, tomato juice and passata, semi-finished basil for pesto, in aseptic bags.
Fruit puree and tomato passata (the latter only from organic farming) are obtained by cold extraction and ohmic pasteurization in order to maintain the quality and the features of fresh product to the best.
