Corte Parma was established in 2001 as an artisanal slicing
activity , developing a range of the highest quality Italian cured and cooked sliced meats. In 2012 Corte Parma evolves, expanding to new product ranges,
developing on the European markets and focusing on Private Labels and New Product Development. In Summer 2017 become active two new facilities:
- One dedicated to sliced cheeses and portioned cheeses,
snacks and aperitivo products;
- The second one allergen free, state of the art, dedicated to
charcuterie slicing activity .
