Artisanal and family business founded in 1998 located in Roncole Verdi di Busseto , we produce typical cured meats from Parma.
The structure is equipped with modern and advanced technologies where tradition and innovation merge. The maturation of the cured meats takes place in the natural underground cellars and the refinement of the Culatello di Zibello Dop reserve is completed in the ancient cellars from 1600. From the maximum selection of exclusively Italian raw materials we produce Culatello di Zibello, Salame Felino Igp, Strolghino, Coppa Parma Igp, Spalla Cruda other product of Parma.
