The magic of Caseificio Artigiana is born from the union of experience, passion, and technology: this is the ancient recipe that makes us special. It is an entrepreneurial vision with which we embrace the future of the dairy industry with open arms.

We started in 2001 in a small dairy in Putignano, Puglia, from an idea of our founder, Francesco D’Ambruoso. We put care into our products and into our relationships with people. For us, the human factor is always at the center. We were five, now we are 150: we produce high-quality cheeses in modern facilities, renewing a tradition every day.
