The story of Latteria di Aviano and Del Ben Formaggi was born in 1988 when Gioacchino, a cheese maker from the age of 16, decided together with his brother Luciano to open a cheese maturing warehouse. The "start-up" was a few dozen forms preserved in the attic of the family cottage, until today in which there are 40,000 forms in seasoning. The ambitious project is to combine tradition and innovation. Our dream is to create products in step with the times, meet the new needs of consumers while continuing to maintain a craft mold.
