In 1988, the Del Ben brothers opened their cheese-maturing and sales business in the farmhouse now used for the most valuable processing.. In 2012 it acquired the historic Latteria d'Aviano, located in the foothills of Pordenone, revitalizing an active reality since 1919. A path of growth, innovation and new skills that have laid the foundations for the expansion of the company to cover the entire production chain. Since 2012 Del Ben Formaggi draws new energy and skills from the studies of the new generations of Del Ben: Alessio and Luca, and Linda and Veronica.
