Delizie di Calabria produces food preserves since 1989, following the most ancient recipes of the Calabrian gastronomic tradition. Located in Calabria, it's a family-run companyfounded by Domenico Scalise, with the aim to enhance the flavors of his land with a line of products prepared with the goodness of local raw materials. The main ingredient of the production is the Calabrian Chilli Pepper, used to produce condiments, sauces, pickles, spices, flavored oils and jams. The company has BRC, IFS, ISO, BIO, VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE certifications.
