Over 85 years ago the founder of our company Arist Dethleffs invented the first caravan in Germany because he wanted to have his family with him on long business trips. From this idea, the largest recreational vehicle production plant was born in Isny in the Allgäu, which produces around 10,000 vehicles a year.
