ORIGINAL PINSA ROMANA. Since the 70s Di Marco has been producing flours for the bread-making industry and in 2001 the company created a special flour mix for the Original Pinsa Romana. Production of high quality prebacked Pinsa bases, ready-to-top, high hydration, 72-hour leavening process and handmade stretching. This product is dedicated to the professional and Ho.re.ca sectors but also to the large-scale retail and distribution sectors where it is available in packs of 1 or 2 pieces, refrigerated or ambient, multi-grain and gluten-free.
