In 1986 Paolo Di Stefano started – together with his sons Enzo, Benvenuto and Settimio – a small family-run artisan pastry shop. In Raffadali (near Agrigento), we still prepare unique products based on the recipes of the most ancient Italian and Sicilian confectionery tradition, with only genuine and carefully selected ingredients. The Di Stefano range is made up of: Leavened products, sweet creams and savory pestos, jams and Homelab, a new line that allows you to prepare typical Sicilian pastry and ice cream recipes at home.
