Dialcos SpA is a food company specialized in the production of gluten-free pasta and granular broths.
Our pasta range is produced using a mixture of different cereals including white and brown rice, corn, buckwheat, quinoa or legumes such as lentils, peas and chickpeas. It does not contain additives such as thickeners or emulsifiers and is dried at low temperature to maintain its natural characteristics.
Our three lines of bouillons are the result of 60 years of commitment and research to offer innovative products but at the same time linked to tradition.
