"Lavoratti chocolate tells of the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean." The "Ditta Lavoratti" was founded in Varazze (SV) in 1938. Davide Petrini and Fabio Fazio took over the brand and company in 2020, and today is a new beginning for Lavoratti 1938. Lavoratti chocolate is the story of a journey through places, ancient knowledge and encounters that the ingredients transform into a concrete taste experience. It is a chocolate that welcomes the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean. If our single-origins are excellent, it is in the fillings that the Lavoratti project finds fulfilment
