Dulcioliva is a historic company founded in Piedmont in 1924 by the brothers Luigi and Cesare Oliva. They miserable to
point in their first laboratory, located in Borgo San Dalmazzo, exquisite confectionery recipes for Panettoni,
Hazelnut cakes, biscuits, chocolate pralines and gianduiotti. They focused on a delicate praline made from a chocolate shell
dark chocolate with a soft filling of custard and rum. In 1940 the Oliva family enlarged their father's laboratory and extended the sale of their products throughout Italy.
