We follow all the steps from processing to packaging in our factory based in Tricerro (VC). Our range comprehends over 30 different recipes of risotto ready to cook.We only use Carnaroli not precooked mixed with dehydrated ingredients.All the range does not contain glutamate and it's packed in a protective atmosphere.
2018 news: the risotto made with brown, red and black parboiled rice (cooking time 18 minuti) and the risotto express, cooked in microwave oven and ready in 5 minutes.
Starting from 2012 Erbital got the IFS certification (Version 6 - higher level).
