The Olearia San Giorgio is located in the medieval village of San Giorgio Morgeto, Reggio Calabria. Founded in 1940, it has evolved under the guidance of Mimmo Fazari, focusing on quality and innovation. In the 2000s, it began exporting and gained international recognition. It cultivates over 140 hectares with 25,000 olive trees, prioritizing the quality of the fruit. Harvesting begins in October and follows fast and controlled milling and pressing processes.
