The Caseificio Storico di Amatrice is one of the most iconic dairy producers in Central Italy. Located at 1000 meters above sea level in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, it was founded over 50 years ago by the Petrucci family and remains a symbol of tradition, craftsmanship, and resilience.

2. History and Heritage
Established more than half a century ago.

Fully restored after the 2016 earthquake while preserving traditional techniques.

Production philosophy: 100% Italian milk, sourced locally and processed within 24 hours.
