We blend passion, tradition and the finest ingredients to bring you the best products to your table. It was 1939 when Secondo Ercole and his wife Piera Campanella had a simple idea that nobody else had thought of at that time. They took the glut of fresh produce from the local countryside of Asti (Piedmont, North West Italy) and preserved it in glass jars. This is how the company Saclà was born. Exporting to over 60 countries and with 4 foreign branches (UK, France, Germany and USA), today Saclà is still a family-owned business, managed by the third generation of the Ercole family.
