Fabbriche Riunite Torrone di Benevento shows the deep bound between the province of Benevento and the long nougat tradition. In 1955 Mario Rosa took over the company, giving a new impetus to the traditional activities, and a renewed credit to the historical brand. The company’s heartbeat consists of the production phase, focusing on very simple but at the same time high-value ingredients, processed with knowledge and harmony, generating high-quality products including traditional nougat, mignon nougat and dried pastry products. In this way the art becomes flavour.
