Sapori Antichi – Casa Muraca began with the trade and processing of chestnuts and expanded into vegetables, spices, aromatic herbs, and tomato processing. Each product is carefully followed from cultivation to the final consumer, ensuring full traceability and food safety. Tomatoes ripened under the Calabrian sun are strictly hand-harvested and processed within 24 hours using the traditional homemade purée method, combining artisanal heritage with international quality standards.
