Salumificio Rosa was born in Sersale, a town located at the foot of the Sila Piccola, where in a fresh and uncontaminated environment we dedicate ourselves to the production, drying and maturing of the typical cured meats of the Calabrian tradition, with the aim of representing the value of Made in Italy both in our country and abroad. The careful selection, freshness and quality of the meats we process are the key principles that have always distinguished the Borelli Group, contributing to its growth in one of the most relevant sectors on the Italian scene.
