We produce, in an artisanal way, fish sauces to season pasta. The main feature is the obsessive search for ingredients and the Chef's attention in cooking them in the best possible way to bring a Quality, Genuine, Safe and 100% Traceable product to our customers' tables. Furthermore, since the beginning of 2024 we have activated the production of Burgers and Meatballs, produced with fish (Seabass & Sea Bream) coming exclusively from the "Agroittica Toscana" company, a simple and fun way to introduce children to fish.
