In 1830 the pasta factory of Filippo and Somma brothers was born, which was of considerable importance not only in Gragnano but also in France where it exported its products successfully
Our products have the classic "imperfections" of manual processing, and each macaroon is different from the other.
You do not pass on the choice of semolina which is always of superior quality and gives the macaroni an intense color and a unique flavor.
Our formats are mostly "Specials" in line with the Gragnano tradition.
