Good morning from Alberto and Gianmario, the owners of L'onorato Pollo, an old family pastry shop. The origins date back to the mid-19th century, when Alberto great-great-grandfather founded it. The leading products are the sweet cream in little jars and the leavened products. Our strength is the Zabaione. e use the original recipe, without additives, and it's lactose-free and gluten-free. Our leavened products are made with natural yeast handed down from generations and are baked in wood oven. The quality of the raw materials and the passion for what we make, are daily basis of our craft
