From 2009, the DGLC-UIBM of the Ministry of Economic Development operates to contrast forgery, protect the Made in Italy, facilitate access to the I. P. System, through a knowledge and promotion of its legal protection and of its economic valorization, sustaining innovation and the competitive ability of Italian firms on the market, through the application for the Intellectual Property rights. The General Directorate UIBM in CIBUS fair will provide several services, such as a free of charge legal service to firms - by prior appointment - for the Intellectual Property rights’ legal protection.
