We are dedicated to the production and marketing of snails in a wide variety of products: fresh, cooked and stewed. Our farm is located in Spain, south of the Sierra de Gredos, an ideal ecosystem for the good development of our molluscs, carrying out the complete cycle: breeding and fattening. We obtain a snail with a hard and well-formed shell, with white flesh and with absolute traceability from birth to when it reaches the stove, thus having a strong commitment to quality.
