Carhesan S.A. It has been manufacturing top quality hams and sausages since 1955, taking care of the raw material through careful direct monitoring of the fattening and feeding of our free-range pigs on our farms located in Extremadura according to traditional artisan methods. We have only incorporated the technological advances that directly affect the final quality of our sausages and hams, with which, adding the climate that the Sierra de Gredos offers us and the right point of salting and curing, all our products reach a unique quality, supported and recognized day by day by consumers.
