Family-owned company founded in 1986, specialized in premium fish preserves and salted fish products. All items are produced in our own facilities under strict quality control, overseeing every stage from the arrival of fresh fish to final preparation. We use only the finest raw materials sourced from the Cantabrian Sea and caught using sustainable methods. Our flagship product, Cantabrian anchovies in olive oil, is prepared following traditional techniques. In 2025, our anchovies received the Spanish Golden Fork at the Great Taste Awards, recognizing them as the best product from Spain.
