Jamones Tartessos is a producer of Iberico hams, shoulders and cold cuts belonging to DOP Jamón de Jabugo. We are family-owned company founded in 1890 which keeps traditional methods of production. We have our own dehesas, so we are able to control quality in all stages of production. We have a deep respect for the Iberian pig to create unique, flavorful products.
