Dehesas Estremeñas offers us the best Iberian pork in the world, and we have been processing it since the 1950s. The third generation continues to preserve its traditions, and that’s how we achieve the best acorn-fed ham in the world. Currently, we are committed to complying with regulations on hygiene and food safety, traceability, and the environment, having obtained IFS Progress Food V3, SAE Level 2, with extension to Level 3 in 2026, ISO 14001 for the environment, the Iberian quality standard, and D.O.P. Dehesa de Extremadura, and are pre-registered for exports to third countries.
