FIORDELISI SRL

Fiordelisi was born in 1954 from the passion and hard work of Antonio Fiordelisi, who dedicated himself to the cultivation of vegetables. In the 1970s his four sons joined the project which was to become the beginning of the processing and transformation of these vegetables. Today Fiordelisi is Europe’s undisputed leader in dried and semi-dried tomatoes ptoduction and a reference point for the production of semi manufartured vegetables. The company is located in Puglia, an area historically dedicated to tomato cultivation and still the site of 80% of all national production.
