The Caseificio Fratelli Castellan continues the legacy of the historic "Latteria turnaria" in Ponte
di Piave, in the province of Treviso, founded in 1919. In its modern production facility, expert cheesemakers artisanally process fresh cheeses under the constant monitoring of the quality laboratory.
It produces stracchino, robiola, ricotta, caciotta, yogurt, and Casatella Trevigiana DOP. Recently, organic and lactose-free lines, as well as the Mandriot line, have been added.
