Presila Dairy was founded in 1986 in the heart of Calabria, a generous and unspoiled land where cattle breeding and milk production are an integral part of the local culture. Since then, our mission has not changed: the highest quality cheese production, capable of telling the story of the territory, its traditions and the passion of the people who work there every day.
Founded by the Catalano family, the dairy has been able to combine the ancient art of Silan cheesemakers with technological innovation. We produce cheeses suited to the needs of both end customers and Ho.re.ca
