Fratelli Corrà was founded in Smarano in 1850 and is the oldest in the province of Trento in the sector. It still produces typical cured meats according to ancient family recipes. Speck, salami, Trentino luganega, smoked mortandela, venison salami, roe deer, chamois and hare, bresaola and carne salada: these are just some of the more than 40 home-made cured meats from the catalogue. The company also produces the famed Valdivù Natural Wurstel, the only ones on the market without any preservatives or additives.
