Starting from certified Italian milk, Frescolat produces a wide range of fresh cheeses, both cow's milk, in particular stracchino, the flagship of the company's short-aged production, and the great dairy tradition of the area. To follow the needs of the customers, Frescolat also offers a line of certified organic cheeses. Retail Line, Industrial Line, Frozen Line, Plant-Base Line under the brands MOZZARISELLA for industry and VERYS for retail.
