"Fromageries Arnaud Frères" has been a family cheese factory since 1907.
"JuraFlore" is its trademark.
The company is based in France in Jura and is specialized in the production and maturation of PDO and PGI cheeses: Comté, Morbier, Bleu de Gex, Mont d'or, French Gruyère with raw milk; and pasteurized soft dough.
"Fort des Rousses", a former military fort, was converted by "JuraFlore" into 37 Comté maturing cellars. The cellars are stunning vault of stone cellars and host about 200.000 wheels.
The Comté JuraFlore obtained 12 gold medals in a row at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
